After years of practicing yoga and completing yoga teacher's training courses, J.J. Crow saw a great need for basic daily stretching. She became a certified stretch instructor and after being introduced to and working with Jacques Gauthier, she expanded her own teaching program to include his exercises.

JJ overcame chronic back pain, sciatica, arthritis and bursitis by stretching. She is passionate about helping others to stretch their way to healthier and happier lives! You will be amazed at how much better you feel with just 15-20 minutes of stretching a day!

About JJ Crow: JJ is a certified stretch instructor and has been teaching stretching for years. But her work was greatly enhance after learning Jacques' unique methods. Now Jacques encourages his own students to continue with their excercises by taking JJ's weekly classes. She is now sharing his simple, but powerful, stretches with others through Homestretch.

About Jacques Gauthier: A few simple daily stretches and walking healed Jacques Gauthier of severe arthritis, osteoporosis (30% bone density loss) and vasculitis. Doctors told him physical exercises were dangerous for him and he would be confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Now Jacques, at 67, has completed his 6,000-mile walk across the U.S.A.
